To Shawn!!! He’s the big 2-8 today. Didn’t really do too much, had breakfast with his mom at Nicky’s, and then Heidi, Darryl, Bernie, Elena & Adam came over to watch the football & have pizza, and his father & his girlfriend stopped by to give him a gift. He made out like a bandit, he got season 3 of Criminal Minds and 90 dollars in giftcards to game stop. He’s like a teenager =D I bought him some game that he wanted for the PS3 but I haven’t given it to him yet because he wanted mine after everyone left.

Heidi curled my hair today with the hot rollers, here’s a little snipit of how that all came out…

That’s all I got for now, the last of Shawn’s guests just left so now i’m going to spend some quality time with him. XO’s

I met with Erin at Beal College today, she was extrememly nice. I was suprised to see just how small it was…They only have 3 classrooms, and a lab room which literally looks like a hospital. Erin told me that at some point in lab we will practice on a rubber arm with needles, but thought she would throw the fact out their that we will be practicing those needles on each other. Sigh. A tour of the school probably wasn’t a good time for her to bring that up But I suppose I could have chosen medical school and have to work on cadavers…EEEK! So I guess I will learn to suck it up. No one ever died from practicing needles, right? lol.

Well Shawn & I are having Wendy’s for lunch and his friend Josh is visiting from Montana so I am probably going to finish laundry and work on my car.

Oh yes, and i’m going to hit up the gym tonight, and work on my skin cancer =D

What a beautiful day to have off!! And Shawn happened to have the day off also, so we are just hanging out, waiting to see if his paycheck comes in the mail so we can go grocery shopping…it’s only been 3 weeks, so there is no junk left ;-D

Today I called Beal because I am hoping to start going to school their in November, talked to Erin the admissions department, she sounds wicked nice and she stuck me in for 1:30 today, and she’ll have to make a follow up appointment for me to meet with financial aid to get that taken care of.

Shawn wanted to get tattooed for his birthday, and I think the above is what I want to get on my foot. I haven’t decided yet but it’s super cute, and it’s definately an option. Just as long as my dad doesn’t find out =)

Well on that note I am going to take a shower and enjoy the rest of my day off. They are going to be few and far in between if I start school in November but I don’t have the energy right now to think of how miserable my life might become for the next year and a half. =D

Yay for Saturday, huh!? Luckily no work at all today, had to recuperate from a crazy night on the town last night Well it wasn’t really that crazy. Shawn and I went to Fuzion, had a few drinks and danced for a while.

Today turned out to be a drag of sorts, spent a good chunk of my day cleaning and doing laundry, and in light of a recent [fairly miserable] 16 day event;that better never ever happen again, I found this picture surfing the internet & found this picture to be VERY fitting…

=) So now I am chillen’ waiting for Roy to come and set up my wireless router and stuff, and probably I should consider finishing laundry. I anticipate doing absoloutly no housework tomorrow, except for dishes. And then back to work Monday–Which reminds me I need to get my application into Beal so I can start school the beginning of November!
